Why do you let me pay after the work is done?
Because the problems are specific and the fixes can be checked. You can see for yourself that the call button dials the right number and the form works on your phone. If you're not happy, you don't pay.
What do you need from me to get started?
Access to your website: usually your WordPress login or your hosting account. I back everything up before making any change.
My site is on Wix, Squarespace or an agency platform. Can you still help?
Some fixes can be made inside those platforms. Often the better long-term answer is a fast new site you own outright, so you stop paying monthly platform fees. I'll tell you honestly which makes sense for you.
Do I have to sign up for a Care Plan?
